I understand what if feels like to feel distraught, uncertain, fragmented, a lack of confidence and dis-ease in everyday life. I felt these things because I care about my life and the life of others. However, my energies were being poorly wasted and misused while I remained in a place of discontent. Yes, I had a deep desire for self-growth and a longing to feel at home within myself and the universe…a had a deep longing for Union. Meditation was my medicine, and it will forevermore be my chosen modality to pay loving attention to myself and to all of creation every single day.

Meditation can gift us with new perspectives and with greater access to our inner resources so that we can show up and participate in our lives and the world with genuine intention, integrity, fulfillment and authenticity to ourselves and others.

About Jennifer Andrews

Jennifer Andrews, M.A., has been studying yoga for over twenty-five years now and was the yoga studio owner of Yoga Sol. She is currently registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-500 RYT (registered yoga teacher) and a YACEP (yoga alliance continuing education provider). Jennifer is also the co-founder of Bhavana School of Yoga and leads international teacher training and retreats. She offers advanced training, meditation immersion programs, and intensive study modules for students that want to deepen their practices.

Jennifer Andrews is an authorized teacher of both Meditation Secrets for Women and Instinctive Meditation™ and has been studying for approximately 15 years with her teachers, Camille Maurine and Dr. Lorin Roche. She has been certified under their teachings and is an authorized teacher for both Meditation Secrets for Women and The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation, Instinctive Meditation. She is a sitting board member for the Non-Profit Organization, The Radiance Sutras Institute.
