This course is an intimate and exclusive year-long intensive journey into Meditation Secrets for Women. This offering is a direct reflection of my love for teachings in Meditation Secrets for Women. It is my love that makes me want to share these teachings with YOU! Due to the years of study with my mentor, coach, and beloved friend, Camille Maurine, the Secrets have permeated my heart and soul. The essential core of my being has been suffused by and is woven together with these beautiful teachings. The Secrets in Meditation Secrets for Women dwell in the "secret places" of my heart. It is from this place of love that I want to share the secrets with you.
Meditation Secrets for Women was written by Camille Maurine and her loving husband, Dr. Lorin Roche, Ph.D. Each is highly respected in the realm of meditation in their own right, and when they join forces, they are a powerhouse duo creating change in the world in how people practice and view meditation. I am honored to say that I sit on the faculty of their Instinctive Meditation™ teacher training schools, and I am also deeply humbled by their loving embrace to carry this work out into the world in my own way.
Needless to say, I am passionate about this work. I am delighted to bring you this intensive and intimate, year-long meditation exploration, and adventure. By joining this course, you will be taking the first steps into deepening your meditation practice and discovering new, healthy ways to bring loving attention to your Self.
Starting in January 2023, I will be offering another year-long course and meditation mentoring program for women only. However, in 2023 there will be two options (tiers) available for this meditation exploration and mentoring course:
Tier 1: Tier #1 is structured in such a way that you will be joining women from all over the world in our Monthly Global Gathering Calls. Here we will dive into one Secret a month, we will have discussions, meditations, creative assignments, journal entries, and more. Tier #1 is designed to provide you with just enough structure, and just enough freedom, so that you can say YES to this year-long meditation and mentoring course, with flexibility and time-sensitive schedules in mind.
You will embark upon a month-long meditation adventure that corresponds to each Secret, and a few questions/inquires that you will be presented with each month. Cost $450.
Tier 2: Tier #2 is structured in such a way that you will be joining women from all over the world in our Monthly Global Gathering Calls. Here we will dive into one Secret a month, we will have discussions, meditations, creative assignments, journal entries, and more. Tier #2 is also designed to provide you with intimate, intensive, deep exploration of Meditation Secrets for Women. You have answered the call to embark on a year-long adventure into your meditation and spiritual explorations, and together we will commune, meditate, and evolve together. I am honored by the trust you have bestowed upon me, and with the opportunity to mentor and guide through the Secrets with the common goal of deepening our inner practices. Most importantly, you will receive a private meditation and mentoring session each month that will be tailor-made to meet you exactly where you are in your practices and in your life. As part of this intensive meditation journey, you will have full access to the recordings of the community group calls as well as to your private calls, and any guided meditation recordings. Tier #2 is limited to 10 women, and the spots for private sessions will be on a first come first serve basis. Cost $1,750 and requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

What you will need in order to attend this course and what your purchase gets you:
- You will receive a personalized journey in world of meditation through a small, exclusive and imitate group of women alongside Jennifer Andrews, an authorized teacher of Meditation Secrets for Women.
- All women will receive 12 global community calls, and Tier 2 women will receive an additional 12 private coaching sessions.
- You will receive support, follow-up emails and fun monthly assignments.
- You will need to purchase a copy of Meditation Secrets for Women, by Camille Maurine and Dr. Lorin Roche, Ph.D. This is not included in the cost of your course study and must be purchased separately on your own. In my opinion, this book belongs in every woman's personal library!
- You will need a journal for your adventure into Meditation Secrets for Women. I highly recommend purchasing a special and specific journal for this course.
Monthly Global Calls both for Tier 1 & Tier 2:
All calls are the 1st Monday of the Month from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Pacific Time.

Monthly Private calls: 60-75 minutes for Tier 2 only:
You will receive a personal initial call once you have registered for this course. This initial call will be held before January 2nd, and it will just be time to talk and share why you have decided to embark on this adventure for yourself. We will explore your hopes for what you are wanting to personally gain from joining this course and your unique desires for a life-affirming, healthy meditation practice. We will also determine the dates for your monthly private calls to help customize and individualize your experience. These private monthly calls will be a 60-75 minute special coaching session with Jennifer. The recordings of your private sessions are included and will be made available to you for your use.
Monthly Assignments both Tier 1 & Tier 2:
Small monthly assignments will be given for a deeper exploration of each secret. These assignments will be fun, creative, and healthy ways to embody the 12 Secrets in Meditation Secrets for Women.
